About The Project

A developer bought this Columbia home to finish and list as a million-dollar property. The builder planned to finish only part of it, because buyers at that price want their own personal touches. The challenge was helping buyers see what the home could become before a single finish went in.

We scanned the home as it stood, then built a CGI renovation into the tour. Tap a spot in the center of a room or around the kitchen, and the space changes to show a finished design.

Buyers could walk the home as it is today and picture it finished, which got them thinking about their own choices before they ever made an offer.
